By accessing or using our professional pest control services, bed bug treatment, termite control, fumigation, cockroach removal, and related services across Pakistan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and customer trust when booking Insect Killer services in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and throughout Pakistan. Please read them carefully before booking any pest control or fumigation services.

1. Scope of Services

Insect Killer Pest Management provides comprehensive pest control services for residential homes, commercial offices, restaurants, hotels, warehouses, and industrial facilities across Pakistan. Our services include professional treatments for bed bugs, termites, cockroaches, mosquitoes, rodents (rats and mice), ants, flies, spiders, wasps, and other household and commercial pests. Insect Killer offers specialized services including bed bug heat treatment, termite baiting systems, pre-construction termite barriers, post-construction termite treatment, cockroach gel application, mosquito fogging, complete fumigation services, rodent proofing, and integrated pest management (IPM) programs.

The scope, method, duration, and pricing of Insect Killer services will be agreed upon in writing through detailed quotations, invoices, or service agreements. All pest control treatments provided by Insect Killer Pakistan use ISO certified methods and internationally approved chemicals that comply with Pakistani safety regulations and environmental standards.

2. Orders & Bookings

When booking Insect Killer pest control services:

• Pest control services are confirmed only after written acceptance of a quotation, invoice, or booking form from Insect Killer Pest Management.
• Any modifications to scheduled bed bug treatment, termite control, or fumigation services requested by the client may require a revised quotation and adjusted service schedule.
• Verbal estimates for pest control provided by Insect Killer technicians are indicative only and must be confirmed in writing before service delivery.
• Emergency pest control services in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad may be arranged with expedited booking procedures for urgent bed bug, termite, or cockroach infestations.
• Clients booking Insect Killer services online or via phone will receive written confirmation within 24 hours including service details, pricing, and technician assignment.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

Insect Killer Pakistan pricing structure:

• All pest control service prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices for bed bug treatment, termite control, fumigation services, cockroach removal, and mosquito control include service fees, chemicals, equipment, and labor costs.
• Insect Killer Pest Management reserves the right to adjust prices due to increases in labor costs, chemical prices, imported materials, or regulatory compliance requirements in Pakistan.
• Package deals for recurring pest control maintenance (monthly, quarterly, or annual contracts) offer discounted rates and priority scheduling for Insect Killer clients.
• Special pricing applies to large-scale commercial fumigation services for warehouses, industrial facilities, and multi-unit residential buildings.

4. Payment Methods

Payments for Insect Killer pest control services:

• Payments are due as per the terms specified in the quotation or invoice provided by Insect Killer Pest Management.
• Unless otherwise agreed in commercial contracts, payment for bed bug treatment, termite control, and fumigation services must be made in advance or on the day of service completion.
• Insect Killer Pakistan accepts payments via cash, bank transfer to our official account, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or approved digital payment methods.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of ongoing pest control maintenance contracts or additional administrative charges.
• For corporate clients booking multiple Insect Killer services, payment terms of 7-30 days may be arranged subject to credit approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients booking Insect Killer pest control services must:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location for Insect Killer Pest Management technicians and equipment.
• Follow all pre-treatment instructions for bed bug treatment (washing bedding, clearing furniture access), termite control (removing stored items from treatment areas), and fumigation services (vacating premises, removing food items, covering electronics).
• Comply with post-treatment care instructions provided by Insect Killer technicians including recommended ventilation periods, cleaning protocols, and re-entry timings after fumigation.
• Maintain proper sanitation, repair structural damage (leaks, cracks, gaps), and implement pest prevention measures recommended by Insect Killer Pakistan for long-lasting results.
• Notify Insect Killer Pest Management immediately if allergies, sensitivities, or special conditions exist that may affect pest control chemical selection or application methods.
• Insect Killer is not responsible for ineffective pest control treatment caused by client negligence, failure to follow instructions, or lack of cooperation in pest management procedures.

6. Service Delivery & Guarantees

Insect Killer Pest Management service commitments:

• Insect Killer uses industry-approved pest control methods, ISO certified techniques, and EPA-registered chemicals that comply with Pakistani safety regulations and international standards.
• Our certified technicians provide professional bed bug treatment, termite control, cockroach removal, and fumigation services with quality workmanship and attention to safety protocols.
• While Insect Killer Pakistan strives for effective and long-lasting pest elimination results, 100% permanent eradication cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors (weather, neighboring infestations), structural conditions (construction defects, maintenance issues), and client cooperation levels.
• Insect Killer services include warranty periods for certain treatments: bed bug treatment (30-90 days depending on severity), termite control (1-5 years for baiting systems), and general pest control (30-60 days with proper maintenance).
• Service timelines provided by Insect Killer Pest Management are estimates; delays caused by adverse weather conditions, access issues, client unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Insect Killer.
• If pests return within the warranty period and client has followed all post-treatment instructions, Insect Killer Pakistan will provide complimentary re-treatment at no additional cost.

7. Liability & Limitations

Insect Killer Pest Management liability terms:

• Our liability for pest control services is limited to the direct cost of the contracted service provided by Insect Killer.
• Insect Killer Pakistan is not responsible for re-infestation of bed bugs, termites, cockroaches, or other pests caused by external conditions including neighboring properties with infestations, poor sanitation practices, structural defects, or environmental factors beyond our control.
• Insect Killer is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing hidden structural defects such as water leaks, foundation cracks, poor construction quality, or inadequate building maintenance that facilitate pest entry or survival.
• Insect Killer Pest Management is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of business income, property value depreciation, temporary relocation costs, or emotional distress related to pest control treatments.
• Clients with specific allergies or sensitivities must inform Insect Killer in writing before service; we will adjust chemical selection accordingly but cannot guarantee zero reaction to pest control products.
• Insect Killer Pakistan maintains professional liability insurance covering our bed bug treatment, termite control, and fumigation operations in accordance with Pakistani business regulations.

8. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Insect Killer rescheduling and cancellation terms:

• Pest control services scheduled with Insect Killer Pest Management may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice without penalty.
• Cancellations of bed bug treatment, termite control, or fumigation services made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur cancellation charges of 25-50% of the service fee to cover mobilization costs.
• Insect Killer Pakistan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if weather conditions are unsafe for fumigation or outdoor treatments, if access to the premises cannot be secured, or if unavoidable circumstances occur.
• For emergency pest control services in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, Insect Killer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate urgent scheduling changes.
• Refunds for prepaid Insect Killer services cancelled by the client will be processed within 7-14 business days minus applicable cancellation charges and processing fees.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Insect Killer Pest Management respects client privacy and confidentiality. We handle all personal data, property information, and service details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB). Information about your pest control needs, bed bug treatment history, termite inspection results, or fumigation services will not be shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (chemical suppliers, insurance providers) or legal compliance. Insect Killer Pakistan maintains strict confidentiality protocols to protect commercial clients' reputations, especially restaurants, hotels, and food businesses using our pest control services.

10. Warranties & Service Guarantees

Insect Killer warranty terms:

• Bed bug treatment warranty: 30-90 days depending on infestation severity and client compliance with post-treatment instructions. Insect Killer Pest Management will re-treat at no cost if bed bugs return within warranty period.
• Termite control warranty: 1-5 years for Sentricon baiting systems, 1-2 years for liquid barrier treatments, subject to annual inspection by Insect Killer technicians and proper property maintenance by client.
• General pest control warranty: 30-60 days for cockroach removal, ant control, and other common pests, renewable through Insect Killer Pakistan maintenance contracts.
• Fumigation services warranty: 60-90 days for stored product pests, warehouse infestations, and complete premises fumigation by Insect Killer Pest Management.
• Warranty coverage requires clients to maintain reasonable sanitation standards, promptly repair structural damage, and follow all Insect Killer recommendations for pest prevention.

11. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate pest control service agreements with Insect Killer Pest Management in writing if the other party fails to fulfill contractual obligations. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payments due for bed bug treatment, termite control, fumigation services, or other Insect Killer services already rendered. Ongoing maintenance contracts with Insect Killer Pakistan may be terminated with 30 days' written notice, with prorated refunds for unused prepaid services minus applicable administrative fees.

12. Force Majeure

Insect Killer Pest Management is not responsible for delays or failures in providing pest control services, bed bug treatment, termite control, or fumigation caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, government restrictions, lockdowns, civil unrest, strikes, chemical supply shortages, or public health emergencies. Insect Killer Pakistan will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services and communicate promptly with clients about force majeure situations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions governing Insect Killer pest control services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from bed bug treatment, termite control, fumigation services, or other Insect Killer Pest Management services shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration as appropriate, and ultimately to the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan. Both parties agree that Insect Killer Pakistan and clients will make reasonable efforts to resolve disagreements amicably before pursuing legal action.

14. Amendments to Terms

Insect Killer Pest Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Insect Killer services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Clients with ongoing pest control maintenance contracts will be notified of material changes via email or written notice. For significant modifications to service guarantees, pricing structures, or warranty terms affecting bed bug treatment, termite control, or fumigation services, Insect Killer Pakistan will provide reasonable advance notice to existing customers.
